rainbow trout

We took advantage of the sunshine a couple weeks ago and headed to the “River”. Andy was going to let the boys throw a line in and see if they could catch a fish. Not 3 minutes after Wyatt cast his line in the water he told Andy he thought he had caught one! We really thought he had gotten hung up on some branches but it turns out he was right!

One very happy boy!

Boone was so patient. But at the end of the day they had not caught anymore. Bummer. But he was a great sport about it.

I grew up fishing on the lake with my Dad. I loved it. Still do.
