family adventures

A couple weeks back our family went on a little outdoor adventure. It was a Sunday morning and the week before Andy had been sick and the week before that he had been out of town all week. We just needed some time together, to soak in some Vitamin D, and to see God in his beautiful creation! So we loaded up the water bottles and put lots of layers on. We didn’t realize just how cold it was…the sun was deceiving but we were so grateful for the sunshine!

 

We were just going to do a mile and half hike and some how we ended up doing a little over 3 miles! Josie did awesome! She was probably the warmest inside the backpack carrier. At one point we got her out to let her walk around and she went right back over to the carrier. She was our little trooper.

We came and we conquered! We are so ready for another adventure and hoping Spring is not too far off!
