thanksgiving “craft”

This is Boone’s Thanksgiving craft from school last week.

There were about 14 pieces of candy corn and fruit loops on it.

Notice I said “were”.

I had the boys in the car. Boone was buckled up. Wyatt was exploring the car. I am talking to a friend. And then I hear Wyatt yell Mommy Boone at all his candy! 

Candy? What candy? Oh yeah the candy that was freshly glued to his brown cornucopia that was not dry…at all.

That candy.

I trusted that Boone would be ok and that is why they make glue non-toxic.

So…before I could even get out of the parking lot Wyatt had handed Boone his little craft {I can hear Boone in my mind saying “gimme gimme gimme” because that’s what he says when he wants something.} and Boone decided to partake in his Thanksgiving early.
